Association Membership
If you are a Costa Blanca Villas owner and have a business website page and you want us to link to; please advise using the contact page. You can do the same if you are not an owner and want us to link to you business website page but there will be a small nominal yearly fee to help support the on going maintenance of the website.
Costa Blanca Good Neighbors (CBGN) encourage all owners
who are not currently members of the Association to join.
Please note that membership is per property. If you own multiple properties, you are entitled to more than one membership and one vote per property. For example, if you own three (3) properties, you may hold three (3) Association memberships and have three (3) votes.
Even if you can not attend in person to vote, you can vote by Proxy. Becoming an Association member is simple:
1. Deposit the one-time membership fee of $50.00 into the Association’s bank account:
Banco General – Savings (Cuenta de Ahorros) Account No.: 04-05-97-905583-7
2. In the comment field for the deposit, please indicate: “Association Membership”, Your full name, Your property number(s).
3. Fill out the required membership form (click here).
4. Once the above items are completed, please email a copy of the deposit receipt along with the completed membership form to: cbowners.residents.association@gmail.com
Becoming an Association member allows you to: Participate fully in the Association and vote at Assemblies. Have a direct voice in decisions that affect our entire community. Together, broader participation strengthens representation, transparency, and the future of Costa Blanca Villas.
The most constructive way to move beyond past challenges is through increased owner participation. A strong, engaged membership helps ensure transparency, fairness, and decisions that reflect the interests of the entire community.
