Priorities
Costa Blanca Good Neighbors mandate is to:

Provide and reflect a balanced, constructive, and inclusive perspective.

Positively promote living and ownership within our community, externally, nationally and internationally.

Pay monthly service fees on time.

Support working respectfully and collaboratively with Decameron to continue improving the services and overall living experience.
Although Costa Blanca is a great place to own and live, we recognize not every community is perfect and have decided to collaboratively work with Decameron in supporting and promoting 2 key priorities:

Continue upgrades to the streets and roads (see Road Maintenance in benefits section)

Ensuring that annual increases to monthly maintenance/service fees are capped at the national inflation if and when applicable (see Service Fees in Benefits section).
