​​​​​​professional staff that oversee and supervise both in-house and contracted engineers, architects, and trades staff of common buildings, roads, pools, propane services, waterlines, as well as fire prevention (i.e. fire hydrants) and support in the event of fire by staff.​​ The service provider ensures regular gas inspections by the fire department. Residents appreciate the readily available, professional and friendly staff throughout the Costa Blanca Villas complex that includes security, gardeners, golf course and clubhouse workers, beach club and administrators. Costa Blanca Villas offers ongoing and 24/7 support and maintenance of water lines, propane supply, etc.
