Beach Club

Costa Blanca Villas offers a range of beachfront amenities, including a restaurant and bar (De Mar Beach Club) overlooking the ocean, a large, well maintained pool, direct beach access, premium outdoor furnishings at both the pool and beachfront, and shaded beachfront palapas, all set on a prime stretch of Panama’s coastline.​  The beach club is restricted and reserved for owners and their guests.​​​​​​​​​

Owners enjoy discounts at Grand Decameron resort to enjoy "day pass” and “night pass, the latter with a 25% (twenty five percent) discount according to the current rate, subject to space, availability, and prior reservation.  You have access to a variety of restaurants for a nominal fee of $30.00 plus tax.  This includes drinks, meal and evening entertainment and it will need to be booked through the Property Management team. 

 

Owners also enjoy and 25% discount at the Beach Club,  this does not include alcohol though.  There are often evening dinners and special events (New Years, Easter, Mother’s Day, Superball Bowl party) held at the beach club organized by Decameron or the owners.
