Diverse Community

Homeowners come from Panama as well as the U.S., Canada, Central and South America, and Europe. This diverse mix of languages, cultures creates a rich, multicultural environment that enhances a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.  In addition, although Costa Blanca Villas was originally developed as a weekend or seasonal getaway, there is an ever increasing number of full-time residents.  The number of full time residents from various demographics,  such as retirees, working singles/couples and families with children are ever increasing. While other owners or residents, plan to eventually reside here once retired.
