Transportation 

Costa Blanca Villas has close proximity to local buses with routes to Panama City and across the country. There is also a proposed national rail line with a future stop in Rio Hato that will run from Panama City to David. Costa Blanca Villas is 5 minutes away from the Scarlet Martinez airport. While the airport does handle some private aircrafts, the majority of flights are charters, often linked to tour operators. Air Transat and Sunwing Airlines operate charter flights from Montreal and Toronto. Residents also have access through Decameron Resort to an airport shuttle from Decameron to Panama City and hotels for a reasonable fee.
