Costa Blanca Villas is located in the Pacific Riviera - Panama.  The Pacific Riviera is a popular stretch of coastline known for its beautiful beaches, diverse landscapes, and range of activities.  It encompasses both the coastal areas and the mountainous regions inland, offering a mix of beach relaxation and opportunities for outdoor adventures like hiking and waterfall visits.

 

Costa Blanca Villas Panama is a beautiful beach and golf community located approximately 109 kilometers (68 miles), about an hour and a half northwest of Panama City, along the Pacific coast, near the fishing village of Farallón.

Between 2024 and 2025, a total of 25 properties were sold, 10 of them in the current year alone.  In that same period, beyond minor renovations such as house painting, window and door replacements, driveway extensions, pathway tiling, and solar panel installations, 25 major renovation projects were undertaken by homeowners within Costa Blanca Villas.​

 

These significant upgrades reflect the strong commitment of both new and long-time owners to the continued improvement of the community. The major projects have included substantial property extensions, kitchen renovations or expansions, the addition or enlargement of carports, upper and lower patios, bedroom and office spaces—and notably, the construction of 12 new property residential swimming pools.​
