Security

​Costa Blanca Villas is a fully fenced and monitored community, offering residents a strong sense of safety and a peace of mind. The property includes five staffed entrances gates/control points, four within the residential areas and one at the beach, all operating 24-hour access control.  In addition, there are five strategically located guard posts throughout the complex, supported by both armed and unarmed security patrols around the clock.

​​​​​​​​​​All streets are equipped with street lighting, and overall, the complex is well-lit at night, contributing to a secure and 

welcoming environment.

 

Our service provider has implemented Munily, a modern access control system designed specifically for gated communities like ours. Munily replaces outdated intercoms and manual guest logs with a smart, app-based solution that connects  guards, residents, and administrators in real time.  It allows owners it approve guests via the Munily app,

capture photo ID at the gate for added security and faster check-ins and less wait time at the entrance. The system makes access more efficient, secure, and convenient for Costa Blanca Villas owners and residents.

Although Costa Blanca Villas has excellent security services, it's worth noting that a 24 hour staffed National Police Detachment is located just outside of the Costa Blanca Villas complex, between Gates 2 and 3.  In addition to enforcing Panamanian laws, these officers conduct routine patrols of the local highways, roads and beach area. During busier times of the year, such as National holidays, the police will conduct patrols within the Costa Blanca Villas complex.
