Although we initially planned to visit only during the winter months, we couldn’t resist the opportunity to buy and renovate a modest townhouse. Three years later, we’re full-time residents. Our renovations gave us everything we hoped for, including a pool and the process was made easy thanks to our contractors and the Decameron staff. Supplies were readily available, and the support from Decameron has been fantastic: we pay our monthly service fees, and they take care of everything. The administration is always available if any issues arise.  The surroundings are beautifully maintained by Decameron, and we thoroughly enjoy the Beach Club and living on a golf course.  We love having most daily necessities just 10 minutes away, and if we need more, two larger communities are only a 25-minute drive.
